HR consultant

Role description:

1.  Design and implement competency modeling

2.  Manage talent management projects

3.  Interface with clients

4.  Provide pre-sales consulting support during project confirmation process (write proposals, confirm specific processes for project implementation, explore up-sale opportunities)

 

We would prefer candidates to have experience in:

-          Consulting background or cross disciplinary HR expertise in 3 or more areas (recruiting, competency, talent assessment, performance management, training and development, OD and succession planning)

-          5+ years experience in HR and talent management projects

-          Experience working with leading global organizations/ large and complex corporation

-          Good command in English & Mandarin, both verbal and written

-          Effective Interpersonal skill, ability to relating well with others and adapt style as needed.

-          Customer orientation and strive for excellence

-          15%-25 % travel when needed

Nice to have

l  Experience in achieving business outcomes for clients through talent management programs/solutions

l  Ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries.
